OK, one more reference coming from Ron McKeefery’s book, “Weight Room Wisdom”. This chapter was by Dan John and entitled “Room Full of Mirrors”. In this passage, he spoke of how a young man grows up living in a room of mirrors. All he sees is himself. But, as he grows and matures, some of those mirrors change to windows. Now he is able to see outside of himself and no longer a prisoner of self-reflection, but instead open to the thoughts, values and opinions of those around him. These are the first steps toward a full and enriched personality. So, continue to kick out those mirrors and change them into windows. Continue to grow!!
