#tottenismtuesday Anything in life, whether it is training, working or even relationships, Just Show Up! In particular, for training, the key is consistency and repetition, so just getting your butt into the gym is the first step to make it happen. I know it sounds like a very simple concept, but it is really the key. You can’t make progress if you can’t even walk in the door. Good stuff happens when you just show up. BUT…….
