Do You Get Enough Sleep? Everyone has an optimal amount of sleep that they need to function well throughout the day. Some more than others, some less than others. Me personally, I typically get at least 7 hours of sleep, but I really wish I could get along with way less. Maybe as little as 3-4 hours so I could get more done!! But, that will never happen because when you are tired, it is much tougher to stay motivated. DUH!!!
